Paul’s Photo is happy to offer USPS & UPS shipping services. If you prefer FedEx or another delivery agent – please contact us prior to purchase to confirm we can provide for your request.
100% of orders are shipped within 1 day business day. Orders placed after 2PM PST, over a weekend or holiday are processed on the next business day.
Mainland US: Standard shipping (3-5 business day UPS) starts at $4.99. Free shipping on select items & orders over $1500. Expedited shipping is available for additional fees.
Hawaii, Alaska & other US territories: Shipping may be available, but automated shipping rates will not apply. We will contact you prior to shipping to collect any additional funds. If you want a shipping quote prior to purchase, please contact us with the items you would like to purchase, your shipping address& the shipping service you prefer. We will be happy to get you a quote.
International: We currently do not offer any International Shipping.
Signature Required Policy: By default, for our customers convenience, standard shipments do not require a signature. You will be provided tracking information if it is available from the shipping company. This will be provided to the email address you provide when completing your sale. All non-signature required shipments are the responsibility of the receiving party. If you prefer to have signature request, please contact us by email immediately after you place your order. Be sure to include the order# and ship to info in your email with your request. We will be happy to add a signature request to your shipment.
US Postal Shipping: Paul’s Photo recommends this service for small items and photofinishing orders. Some items can not be shipped through US mail. We also do not recommend shipping fragile or precision merchandise (like cameras & lenses) with this option and will not be responsible for damage or loss from these kinds items shipped USPS. This is noted on the shipping page for this option.
P.O. BOX – Outside of Photofinishing, we do not ship merchandise to any P.O. Box.
Shipping Delays – Any delay that is the result of the selected shipping company is not the responsibility of Paul’s Photo. Please be a ware that delays can and do happen. We suggest picking a delivery method that insures your items will arrive comfortably ahead of any scheduled need.
