Bookkeeper

• Part time. ~15 hours week.

• Proficiency with QuickBooks Pro and Excel

• Must be able to work on your own to accurately complete required tasks by scheduled due dates

• 5 years small business bookkeeping and/or accounting experience required

Responsibilities include:

• Accounts payable & general ledger

• Preparation of daily deposits, reconciliation of credit cards, etc

• Liaison with outside CPA firm for preparation of taxes, governmental reports, management information

Internet Sales Manager
