Refund & Cancellation Policy

CLASSES & WORKSHOPS

Cancellations must be received in written format. Classes and workshops purchased from PAUL'S PHOTO and Creative Photo Academy directly (i.e. no third party purchases from sites like Living Social or Groupon, etc) are eligible for refund.

 

A refund will be provided up to 14 days prior to the first scheduled class or workshop date less a 5% administration fee.

 

A refund will be provided for cancellations within 13 days of the class or workshop less a 20% administration fee.

 

Cancellations received two days prior to the class or workshop will receive Class Credit only. Class credit will be given via e-mail and students will be responsible for keeping track of the credit. Class credit never expires.

 

Cancellations the day before class, the day of class, after a class has begun, no shows, and early departures are not eligible for any credit or refund.

 

Students may request a Class Credit in lieu of refund and avoid administrative fees.

 

PHOTO TRIPS & ADVENTURES

Written cancellation received at PAUL'S PHOTO before the cancellation deadline (60 days prior) will receive a refund, less a $100 Administrative fee.

 

All cancellations after the deadline forfeit deposit and may incur penalties from innkeeper.

 

Written cancellations received 30 days or more before departure forfeit deposit, may incur penalties from innkeeper and receive credit for remainder of fees paid towards another PAUL'S PHOTO Adventure.

 

Written cancellations received 14 days or more before departure forfeit deposit and receive 50% of remainder as credit towards another PAULS PHOTO Adventure.

 

Cancellations 7 days before departure, no-shows or early departures receive no credit or refund.

 

CLASS, WORKSHOP, AND TRIP CANCELLATIONS

On occasion a class, workshop or trip may be cancelled due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If your Creative Photo Academy event is cancelled all students may elect a refund in full or class credit. PAUL'S PHOTO does not take responsibility for non-refundable airline tickets, hotel expenses, or any other costs that may be attributable towards enrolling in a class, workshop, or trip.

 

Charitable Certificates - PAUL'S PHOTO donates gift certificates to many charitable organizations. Charitable Certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and not eligible for class credits or transfers. (Your organization may request a charitable donation in writing)

 

Class Credit - Store credit that can be used for classes, workshops, or trips but not for merchandise. Class Credits are emailed and are left to the responsibility of the student. Class Credits may not be refunded. Class credits never expire.

 

Third Party Purchases - Any class purchased through a third party vendor such as Living Social or Groupon, etc., is not eligible for a refund through PAUL'S PHOTO or the Creative Photo Academy. Students must contact the third party vendor.
